The Pre-Season Schedule

Saturday, July 7. Wrexham (A) 3pm.
Saturday, July 14. Crewe Alexandra (A) 3pm.
Tuesday, July 17. Werder Bremen (A) 7.15pm.
Friday, July 20. Auxerre (A) 2pm.
Saturday, July 21. Peterborough v Liverpool XI. 3pm.
Two game Hong Kong tour, Barclays Asia Trophy
Tuesday, July 24. South China FC (A) 1.15pm.
Friday, July 27. Portsmouth or Fulham (A). Kick-off TBA.
Saturday, July 28. Colchester v Liverpool XI. 3pm.
Port of Rotterdam tournament
Friday, August 3. Shanghai Shenhua (A). 5.30pm.
Sunday, August 5. Feyenoord (A) 7pm.
I’m hoping to catch most of these matches and get a good look at our potential squad players. I definitely should be able to see the Hong Kong and Rotterdam matches, but I’ll have to wait and see. The player I’m looking forward the most to seeing is Sebastien Leto. Maybe he’ll be the answer on the left. As usual, I expect us to lose most of these contests.

Hey Brian,
Pourie is tall, strong, and has plenty of upside. I don’t think he’s ever played for Germany yet, but he’s only 16 and his time will most certainly come. He’s a good pickup for you guys for sure.
