absolutely.  the handshakes were dispensed with for Ferdy/Terry and could have been today aswell as Pat Nevin called for.

Suarez was in his zone and had no intention of shaking hands which created a situation.  

Then Evra plays on it as much as possible - that tackle flying into Ferdinand made me laugh.  Shame neither got hurt.

But Evra's antics in the tunnel, stopped from entering the away dressing room by Skyrtel was entirely about raising the temperature, followed by milking the crowd at the end.  

Only one intention, milk the situation as much as possible.We didn't deserve it, but boy would it have felt good if he had got that header near the end - and not been offside.

At no stage were we going out there today to do anything other than lose.

Where was the heart? Where was the effort, I mean seriously you have 1500 Liverpool fans in a avalanche of mancs, singing you'll never walk alone, and not one single player showed the required heart and commitment.

This is not why I support our great club. You can say what you like about tactics and personale but if the players on the field show no commitment then you should just fucking stay at home and let someone that actually wants to wear the jersey wear it.

Shotgun Defensive Mid

Keeper...although Pepe in no way shape or form is included in my above rant...but I'll gladly be Doni for a day.

It is quite ironic given how we bashed Charlie (and rightly so), and yet he came on looking the most likely to make something happen, his free kick got us a goal, and his cross from the right almost got us another goal ,yes I know Suarez is offside but still the point is he did provide some little dangerous moments, rather than not giving or doing anything at all like all our players did today.

I don't mind Adam as an impact sub. His strength is that he occasionally puts in a ridiculously dangerous ball.. which is good when you're loosing/drawing. Playing him from the start means his defensive frailties are exposed for 90mins, especially when he's part of a 2man midfield minus Lucas.

Gerrard seemed too deep to beable to do anything useful.  

Clearly playing alongside Spearing with Hendo roaming a bit.  Didn't work at all for me.  

Dirky was running around ready to receive but a lack of movement and lots of ManUre pressure meant not enough outlet opportunities from the others, so it was limited to the wings where people seem to know what to do.

What? Did Hendo played? I don't see him at all :O

I think you'll find he leads the team in assists....

Also shame on those of you turning against Luis Suarez. As King Kenny says he has done nothing wrong so we should stick by him. Bloody hell we need all the quality we can get!

He might not have done anything wrong initially, but today you can't say he wasn't unprofessional at times.  Refusing to shake was childish, no matter that this is the guy who got him in trouble.  Kicking the ball away at half time was not a solution.  Rio's challenge was close, but fair, getting livid about it was not right.  What he did do right tonight was to stick it in the net and carry the ball back to the center circle to continue with the game.  Sadly our boys needed to take it on from there and they didn't.  We needed Istanbul Gerrard and Carra and Hamann tonight, but they just weren't playing.

Can't think what they were trying to do.  ManUre were pressing and not allowing any room / time on the ball.

But the only thing I can think of was they were trying to slow the game down because Utd were so comfortable playing at tempo.  

Also trying to get their heads up after conceding two.  That really shook us I think.

Just when we think we are just closing the gap to the top 4......................fuck. The most frustrating thing is, we showed no desire at all, even after we were given a goal.

I have never ever in my life turned off a match, but this is not what I want to watch. This is quite the damning view of the Liverpool fc I know and Love... no one is exempt, every single player on that pitch is culpable.  The passing has been disgusting, the passion, the heart, is completely missing.  Suarez scores.. can we come up with anything?  in the last 10?  can we at least FUCKING TRY!
