Not much to say about the game really. Bug shame that it was a non-event, although good to see that we got another victory, and good that the team played nice football, in the second half at least. Was fitting that Torres scored Liverpools first and last goal at Anfield this season. It's been a hard season what with all the off-the-field stuff, and i must say i'm looking forward to the break. I will sure miss watching Fernando Torres though!

A small note about Insua:
Glad he played yesterday; he is now past the stage where playing for the reserves is going to help him, he's too good for that standard and will get lazy unless he steps up now. He is most definitely good enough to play half a season with Aurelio and then we can assess which is the better bet.

Once this boy's confidence gets up I think he'll turn out to be the best natural left back we've had at the club for 30 years. (I don't include Lawro or Stevie Nicol in that as they weren't really left backs). That's how good I think he is.
