Wow, put Crouch in and he scores. Hum…

We have so many guys upfront it’s not funny..its going to come down to a point where we need to decide who to stick with, and that won’t be easy.

Crouch scored, but off a beautiful backpost cross from Kuyt. Kuyt is the only forward who should be a constant. That boy tries all out all the time, and talk about a team player. I think Kuyt/Torres could be a deadly combo. Very Pacey when the get movin down the field. Oh and Brian, LOVE the blog. My favorite source of LFC info when I need it.

Riise as a central striker? Not a chance. We’d have a better shot of Reina playing center mid. He may have a wonder of a left footed-hammer, but we already have too many strikers. Plus his skill on the ball leaves a little to be desired. I do love watching him take free kicks tho – keep those comin’!
