A lot of changes from Tuesday night’s game but the pace and creativity Babel, Pennant and, to some extent, Riise will give us should hopefully mess nicely with the sort of expansive game Wigan will be playing at home. Wigan are far nearer to Reading than they are to Birmingham so this should be an easy three points - although I said that last week as well…
Hopefully Setanta/Rogers Sportsnet will be showing the game here in Canada…

Setanta’s got the game, but it’s delayed because of the Rugby World Cup. Should be on at 9pm tomorrow.

If Torres doesn’t start, we win.I would have said the same thing about Birmingham, so who knows? But I can’t imagine Torres not playing. Rest is one thing, but even Rafa doesn’t want the guy to get rusty.

Guyz i guess now Rafa is certainly sure of what he’s doing…if u’ve seen the game n’ see what the bench had to give then no Blame for Rafa he might get some decision wrong but he’s certainly doing the best…Benayoun got in and changed the disaster/adventure(if u know wat i mean)…Bad perfomance n’ yet 3pts Allez Liverpool
