Really really interesting article that takes a look at the importance of the key performers in the team since 09/10 and their importance to the team. Namely Johnson Skrtel Agger Lucas and Gerrard. Most disturbingly, without Agger with have a 37% loss rate, for games where most of the others are present. Without Johnson we have a 35% loss rate as well. The stat that floored me was the 17% loss rate and 58% win rate we have when Skrtel is absent from the team. Stats can be misleading from a small sample size, but this is analyzed since the 09/10 season (hence no suarez) . It's quite a discrepancy, and the article posits shows there's something with Skrtel's mentality that's hurting the team. Whelp.
