Come on, let's be original. It'd be like me saying Lionel Messi if we were talking about La Liga. How about a new rule: you can't pick anyone from the team you support for either feeding their brains to the undead OR saving them from such a fantastically gory fate. I don't support a particular English club, I just hate all of Chelsea, so they're out for me. If I had it my way, they'd all be fed to zombie wolves, their Russian leader first. Plus, Avram Grant is already undead, so that doesn't even count. I'd save Gareth Barry first, if only because he's such an underrated player on the international scene. I'm not sure he's a world beater, certainly not as good as some, but he's a real workhorse who would totally have the skills to survive in the post-apocalyptic world. He can probably cook. I'd throw Joey Barton out to the zombies and assume that he would tear most of them to pieces before finally going down in blaze of napalm. I'd also save Fabregas and Tevez; drop Cronaldo; save all of Derby; drop Jonathan Woodgate; save Yakubu Ayegbini. That's just a few. I mean, really, Gerrard? Come on, let’s be original. But for the person to save - would they perhaps have to sit in a tree for days waiting for the zombies to leave and maybe forced to survuie by eating an arm or leg of a teamate who didn't make it?
